Outside of work, you'll find Dave, a life-long Midland
resident, watching NASCAR, boating and spending time at our Wixom Lake cottage. Carol can be found at the movies, playing tennis and planting flowers.

Always believing that community involvement is an obligation, Carol and Dave continually support service groups, special projects

performance and maximizes professionalism. Carol and Dave take yearly continuing education, have earned the GRI (Graduate REALTORS® Institute) and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). Dave has
earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), RAM (Real Estate Alumni of Michigan), is a Limited Licensed Appraiser and a member of NAIFA (National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers). They both are
graduates of Midland High School and Carol has a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from Central Michigan University. |
